New Quiet Time 1 and 2 are fun activity books that can be easily integrated into any secondary 1 and 2 curriculums. Based on the old favourite Quiet Time, this new edition has been overhauled by keeping what teachers liked about it and adding a fresh new feel and fun updated content!
Thanks to New Quiet Time, students can now practise their vocabulary, grammar, reading and writing skills to help them acquire knowledge in English as specified in MEES Progression of Learning document. New Quiet Time is now available with

Philippa Parks
Philippa Parks has taught ESL for over ten years and currently teaches in the undergraduate TESL departments at McGill and UQAM universities. She is co-author of the Express Yourself series, Finishing Touch and New Quiet Time.
Claudia Rock
Claudia Rock has extensive experience at the high school level teaching English as a Second Language (ESL), from elementary to advanced. She has authored, or co-authored, a textbook as well as ESL workbooks, web materials and listening materials. She works presently as a consultant, evaluator and translator.
