Human resources management for managers.
Human resources management for managers.
This eText puts the student in the shoes of an entry-level manager, and not those of a professional HR expert, therefore targeting a much wider audience. It presents situations encountered in a variety of settings: start-ups, SMEs, unionized workplaces, government agencies, multinationals, etc. It gives students tools they can use in the working world.
- Opening questions are revisited and answered at the end of the chapter.
- A primary scenario at the beginning of each chapter aligns with the theoretical content.
- The In the Heart of the Action sections present situations encountered in the workplace.
- The Toolbox sections consolidate practical information.
- The At a Glance section summarizes chapter content.
- Analytical and review questions at the end of the chapter allow students to apply what they have learned.
The Student eText is a digital version of the Student Book.
A digital tool to strengthen student learning and autonomy, while saving you time.
